Overall, I am very pleased with First Nationwide Lending: (1) expedient GFE and excellent loan rate, (2) careful explanation of all loan documents, (3) very quick loan processing, (4) going out of the way through multiple lenders to get the best rate and credits, (5) arranging the closing and (6) communicating between closing company, buyer and seller agents. I cannot describe in words how incredible this process was made for us. During this transaction, I was going through, and still am, some very emotional personal family issues (my mother was diagnosed with malignant breast cancer, and just had surgery and now faces treatment). Not to mention, there are more things going on besides this!

Because of her knowledge, professionalism, and empathy, this was one less stressor I had to deal with in my life. Basically, all we had to do was turn in our paperwork, and she handled everything else. She gave us the easiest options, alleviating stress in every way she could. I thought it was incredible the closer came to our house, in the evening, at our convenience, to do the closing paperwork.

After speaking with her, I believe on the second call, I knew I was going to use her company because of her knowledge and expertise and how she treated me. She gave us the best interest rate, over many banks I checked with, and just the overall best deal! Never once did she break a promise, like so many other banks do. It seemed every time I spoke with her, things just got better! And after the deal was all closed, she even asked how my mom was recovering, etc.
